Fresh Dinner

In keeping with our resolution to make better food choices, I whipped up a quick and easy salmon dinner tonight.  All you do is season the fish with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little bit of butter, spritz with lemon juice and bake it for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.  We paired it with some brown rice, and I'm excited about my cold, salmon salad I made with the leftovers for tomorrow! 

P.S.  If you're in the market for a new, salad dressing, this one is delicious! 

Now it's time for me to go downstairs to do some yoga.  When you wake up in the morning and realize you wore this all night, you know it's time to do some exercise to relieve stress.
